To enable our client to operate the company, as if they were director we provide them with a power of attorney, which is a legal document empowering them to manage the company's activities. We also provide the client with a nominee director agreement which defines the limitations of our role as nominee. Both the power of attorney and nominee director agreement are confidential documents designed to ensure our clients privacy. We can provide the beneficial owner with a Power of Attorney empowering him to run the business, manage the company's activities and open and operate the company's bank accounts.

We shall ensure:
